As a job seeker, I am exhausted: The stress of submitting hundreds of resumes, the disappointment of only getting a few interviews, and the uncertainty of whether I am being overlooked for being a teacher or overqualified due to my M.Ed. It's taking a toll on my mental health, and I don't even know what I'm doing wrong. But I won't settle for disrespect, like an interview for a job requiring a Bachelor's but only paying $43,000.
